Delivery

As most of our product is stored frozen we are unable to deliver to a residential or rural address. However we can deliver to Big Chill Depots and urban business addresses. Please phone or visit our shop to arrange your order.

South Island Delivery

Factory to Depot

Orders can be delivered to our freight haulers depot for collection. These are located in the following urban centers in the South Island; Nelson, Blenheim, Christchurch, and Dunedin.

Factory to a Business address

We can also freight items to an urban business address outside of these regions in most cases. Please call us on 0800 688 880 to discuss options and we'll work with our line-haul company to arrange delivery.

North Island Delivery

We can freight product to the North Island, however freight charges are fairly expensive with a minimum cost of $26.50 for up to 20kg (freight charge is dependent on location) As with South Island delivery, we can send product to the various Big Chill depots throughout the North Island as well as urban business addresses.

Agents

The following agents have access to all of our products and happily work with customers with regards to collection or delivery. Please note that agent prices are higher than what is quoted on this website as freight charges are factored in. We don't currently have any agents in the North Island due to freight costs being prohibitive to send small quantities.
